BUILDING COMMUNITIES FUND GRANT APPLICATION DEADLINE JULY 9

Applications for this grant program for capital facilities for community-based, non-residential community and social service projects must reach the Washington State Department of Commerce by July 9, 2012.  A 25% cash match is required (but can be only committed) and can affect government owned properties under long term lease to a non-profit.
