DAHP Reaches 15,000 Project Reviews

Have you ever wondered how many projects come through our office? Here is a number for you. Since January 1, 2021, DAHP staff have performed over 15,000 regulatory reviews for potential effects to cultural resources. We generally offer a written response to around 70% but each one has to be analyzed. So if you need a review from DAHP please consider the amount of review requests we receive and time your need for a response accordingly during 2022! We expect the number to increase next year particularly with the infrastructure bill and the increased amount of green energy projects.
