DAHP Seeks Capital Grant Administrator
DAHP is seeking a consultant to serve as our Capital Grants Administrator. The consultant will perform a variety of tasks relative to 4 capital grant programs that have been funded by the Legislature for the 2021-23 biennium. Tasks include but are not limited to convening grant review committees, managing a competitive grant application process, developing scopes of work with grantees, conducting grant workshops, conducting site visits before, during and after grant work, assisting with easement execution, drafting contracts and amendments to contracts, have staff who meet the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards, have extensive experience managing Washington State contracts, be familiar with Washington state contract procurement procedures, and be familiar with state travel regulations.
