DAHP SEEKS PROPOSALS TO UPDATE STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION PLAN

The Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP) has posted a Request for Proposals (RFP) from consultants interested in assisting the agency to update the State Historic Preservation Plan by October, 2013. The RFP can be view from DAHP’s website. Also, the current plan can be viewed here. DAHP is seeking the services of a consultant to design and implement a public participation process then synthesize responses into tangible goals and objectives for DAHP and the state’s preservation community to tackle during the 2014 through 2019 plan timeframe. The deadline for submitting proposals in response to the RFP has been extended to 5:00 pm on November 28 with launch of the project by mid-December.
