DAHP WINS THE SAA ARCHAEOLOGY MONTH POSTER CONTEST FOR 2010

We couldn't be more excited to announce that our 2009 Archaeology Month poster was selected as the winner of the annual State Archaeology Month poster contest at the Society for American Archaeologist's annual conference (April 14 - 18).  The award is presented to the state or community whose poster in honor of archaeology week or month best exemplifies the vibrant role played by the study of archaeology within the community.  Special acknowledgement must be given to Dan Nutt, for generously allowing us to use his breathtaking photo collage of the Snoqualmie Falls.
