Draft STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION PLAN Available for Review

State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) Allyson Brooks is pleased to announce the availability of the Draft State Historic Preservation Plan: 2021-26 for review and comment. Comments are requested to be received by the agency by Tuesday, September 8, 2020.

To be implemented starting in 2021, the five year plan includes 5 aspirational goals that are supported by a number of strategies and tasks intended to help accomplish the goals. The goal statements were formulated based upon input DAHP received from hundreds of comments made through our on-line survey/questionnaire, public meetings, and focus groups.
