Located in Olympia, the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking a Historic and Cultural Resources Planner (Facilities Planner 2). In this position, you would provide historic preservation policy direction, cultural resources management, and budget and planning guidance to direct state stewardship of the public and historic facilities of the State capitol. The ideal candidate is a professional with expert knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices of historic preservation, cultural resource management, urban and regional planning techniques, data collection and trend analysis, laws, policies, standards and practices.
