Participate in developing Civilian-Military Compatible Land Use Planning Guidebook

The WA Dept, of Commerce is working to complete the second phase of its multi-year effort to address land-use compatibility issues amongst military installations in the state and nearby communities affected by operations. Commerce is now working on drafting a guidebook set for completion in early 2019. To gather input on the guidebook, Commerce's consultant is hosting several workshops around the state as well as an online survey.  Here is a link to the Commerce website with more information about the project, the community workshops, contact information, and a link to the online survey: https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/WADOC/bulletins/21480fa.  The next workshop is scheduled for October 30th in Chimacum.
