Request for Proposal Issued for Historic Structures Report

The Washington State Military Department (WMD) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the preparation of a Historic Structures Report (HSR) of the Olympia Armory building. The Olympia Armory has been determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Proposals must be submitted to the WMD by 3:00 PM PST on Friday May 15, 2020. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 9:00 AM PST this coming Friday, April 17, 2020.
