RFP Released for Barns, Courthouses & Cemetery Rehab Grant Programs

The Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified consulting firms, individuals, or organizations to assist in implementation of the State's rehabilitation grant program for historic County Courthouses, Heritage Barns, and Cemeteries. Funding for these capital grants is provided by the Washington State Legislature and administered by DAHP. Proposal costs cannot exceed $190,000. Proposals must be submitted to DAHP by close of business (5:00 pm) on Monday, June 3, 2019.  A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for this Friday, May 24th at 11:00 am in the DAHP Conference Room, located at 1110 Capitol Way South, Suite 30, Olympia 98501.  Attendance by interested proposers at the pre-proposal conference is encouraged but not required.  To receive a copy of the RFP, contact Greg Griffith at greg.griffith@dahp.wa.gov or call 360-586-3073.
