SHORT WISAARD AND HPI OUTAGE EXPECTED TONIGHT (4/7/11)

We have been informed from Department of Information Systems that there will be a brief shutdown of the WISAARD and HPI systems between approximately 8:30 and 9:00pm tonight.  The outage is only expected to last approximately 3 to 5 minutes, but we wanted to make sure that you were informed in case something goes wrong and the HPI and WISAARD do not work through the weekend.  DAHP offices are closed on Fridays, so if there are problems, we may not realize it until the start of business on Monday.  This scenario is NOT expected, however, we wanted to alert users of the possibility.
