Wisaard Phase 3 Rollout - Important Information

DAHP has scheduled the rollout of the new version of WISAARD/HPI for January 13-19, 2016. The transition to the new system will begin January 13 at 3:00 pm and is scheduled to be completed on Tuesday January 19th. You will not be able to enter data during this time. You will be able to view data that is in Approved status during this time as the current Wisaard platform will be available. Please plan to save what you are working on by 5 pm January 12, 2016. All data that is entered into the current HPI will be transferred to the new system, including drafts. All data that is available in the current system will be available in the new system. All current users will need to request the new service through Secure Access Washington. You can request the new service any time. Please see this website for instructions on how to request the new service. If you need assistance  please send an email to support@dahp.wa.gov and someone will assist you as soon as possible.
