International District Historic Tax Credit Project Tour and Talk, Seattle

Thursday, January 16, 2014 This program is a great opportunity to see an actual tax credit project up close and personal.  The Addison, built in 1910 as the New Richmond Hotel, has undergone a complete rehabilitation and conversion to apartments.  It was built in a record-breaking 30 days, and is one of the few buildings constructed from the brief architectural partnership of A. Warren Gould (Arctic Building, King County Courthouse) and Edouard Champney (chief designer of the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition). The program begins at 3:00 pm with a presentation covering basics of this project and how the tax credit program works, followed by a tour of the building with the project manager and architect.  For full details and a link to the FREE registration, click here. Location:  King Street Center, 8th Floor Conference Center, 201 S. Jackson, Seattle. Contact Todd Scott for more details.
