Department of Ecology Issues New Draft SEPA Rules for Review and Comment

Ecology filed the CR102 (Proposed Rule Making) on December 16, 2013. The filed CR102, proposed rule language and supporting documentation are available for you to view here. Please note the SEPA Staff Report dated 12-9-2013  is an updated version of the status reports provided at the Sept. and Oct. Advisory Committee meetings and is a helpful tool in understanding the proposed rule changes. You can find the staff report here. Ecology has started the formal comment phase of rulemaking and there are two public hearings scheduled on January 29, 2014. For information about the public hearings and how to submit comments and/or testify at a hearing  please see the rule proposal notice.
