Request for Proposal to host RevitalizeWA 2014

You are invited to submit a proposal to host the fourth annual RevitalizeWA 2014 Preservation & Main Street Conference in accordance with the requirements set forth in the request for proposal (RFP) which is available on-line at http://preservewa.org/Main-Street.aspx. RevitalizeWA, sponsored by the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation (WTHP) in partnership with the Washington State Main Street Program (WSMSP) and the Washington State Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP) is a two and a half-day event designed to: educate on issues affecting downtown development on a national and statewide level; reinforce existing downtown development efforts; and help communities plan for future downtown revitalization initiatives. If you intend to respond to the RFP, a letter of intent, which is not binding but will greatly assist in planning for proposal evaluation; it should be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Your final proposal must be received not later than 5:00pm on Friday, October 4, 2013 or your proposal will otherwise be disqualified.  It is  anticipated that the host community will be selected by Friday, November 15, 2013.
