PORT TOWNSEND CELEBRATES THE CONCLUSION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS DOWNTOWN

Before Taylor Street in downtown Port Townsend reopened to vehicular traffic Tuesday after a four-month, $3.5 million project that refurbished the top and underneath of the block, there was this whimsical tribute to the Beatles' 1969 “Abbey Road” album cover.
