Leslie Tonkin, one of the state’s leading historic preservation architects, passed away in late March. The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) Cultural Resources Protection Program (CRPP) is hiring two full time archaeologists.  This is an opportunity to work for one of the twelve original THPO tribes.  The CRPP is one of the largest contracting cultural resource management organizations in the inland northwest, working primarily within the tribes’ 6.4-million acre ceded land.
