The City of Zillah will celebrate the recently completed move and rehabilitation of the National Register of Historic Places listed Teapot Dome Gas Station. The celebration will take place on Wednesday July 25th at 10:00 am at the new location at 117 First Avenue in Zillah. A few years ago, the City purchased the gas station property after the station was closed and left vacant and subject to vandalism and deterioration. We are offering the Five Lights By Sea tour July 14th at 9:00 to 1:00. There will be two retired Lighthouse Coast Guardsmen on board to tell stories and learn about the past. This tour will embark on an adventure to see many of the 172 islands in the San Juan Islands. We will visit the Five Light Stations that dot the shores of our islands.
